The West Valley Youth Summit was an incredible experience. I had the opportunity to meet student leaders from across the region, learn new leadership skills, and discuss ways we can make a positive impact in our communities. The summit reminded me that young people have the ability to create meaningful change, and I am grateful for the opportunity to represent Buckeye and bring new ideas back to the Youth Council.
Attending the 2025 LACT Conference was a great experience for me. The conference gave me the opportunity to meet youth leaders from across Arizona, learn more about leadership and local government, and develop valuable communication and teamwork skills. One of the most rewarding parts of the conference was hearing different perspectives and sharing ideas that can help improve our communities. Overall, LACT helped me grow as a leader and inspired me to continue serving the residents of Buckeye through the Buckeye Youth Council.

Cotton Fest was a great opportunity to engage with the Buckeye community and celebrate the city's history and traditions. I enjoyed seeing residents come together, supporting local organizations, and participating in activities that highlighted what makes Buckeye unique. The event showed the importance of community involvement and gave me a greater appreciation for the role local events play in bringing people together.
