Personal Information: Name, email address, physical address for order delivery, and account credentials.
Order & Payment Information: Details regarding services you purchase. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment provider (Paystack), and we do not store your full credit card details.
Communications: Any messages, images, or files you send through our in-app chat to support or designers.
To provide core functionalities within the App, we request the following Android device permissions:
Camera Permission (`android.permission.CAMERA`): We request access to your device's camera to allow you to take photos directly within the app. This is specifically used so you can take and upload a profile picture or attach real-time reference photos in the chat when communicating with designers about custom services.
Photo Library / Storage Permission: We request access to your device's photo gallery to allow you to upload previously taken photos as profile pictures or as visual references for your orders via the in-app chat.
Microphone/Audio: We may request this if you use audio attachments within the chat support system.
We do not use your camera or photo library in the background, and we only access files you explicitly choose to upload.
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
Process and fulfill your custom service orders.
Communicate with you regarding updates, customer support, and order progress via our real-time messaging system.

Clerk: For secure authentication and user management.
Paystack: For secure payment processing.
Sentry: For tracking crashes and bugs to improve app stability.
Cloudinary: For securely storing the images you explicitly upload to us.
We use advanced security protocols to protect your data. Your data is retained only for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill our legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request account deletion at any time from within the App settings.
