SPECIAL GAMES AT JAKE'S
January – 1/4 * will not count towards points End of the year Tournament – top players from previous year play for annual championship.February – 2/8 * will not count towards points Mars vs. Venus game –8 men & 8 women, straight Texas Hold’em, $25 per person,no rebuys or add-ons, example - if a female wins, the winner gets $225 and all thewomen who played get their money back ($25), the men receive nothing.
April - 4/5 Double Points game – regular game, double points, Buy-in is $20, Hidden Bountyis $16, and the Straight Flush is $2 (house remains $1), rebuys are $20 (max 2)and the optional add-on is $20.
April – 4/19 * will not count towards points Heads-Up Tournament – $25 buy-in, bracket style Texas Hold’em tournament,each player starts with 10,000 chips and plays heads-up for 15 minutes or untilsomeone is knocked out. The winner goes on to the next round until one player remains.
May – 5/17 * will not count towards points Hawaiian Pineapple Poker Tournament– Pineapple game, $25 buy-in, dress inHawaiian clothes get bonus chips, bring food get bonus chips.
June – 6/21 * will not count towards points - 6pm Fantasy Football Poker League Draft Tournament – all players in the FF PokerLeague humiliate/punish the loser from the previous year and determine upcoming draft order.
July – 7/5 - At the Jewelry Vault 4th of July game – regular game, bring food get bonus chips, door prizes, 50/50cash drawing, and raffles.
August – 8/9 * will not count towards points
Omaha Poker – straight $25 game, no rebuys or add-ons.
September – 9/6
Offensive T-Shift/Dealer’s Choice Food Game – regular game, each player who
wears an offensive T-shirt gets bonus chips, each player brings a dish he/she
made that they are most proud of, everyone will vote with the winner receiving 2
free entries into a future tournament game, anyone who participates will receive bonus chips.
October – 10/25
Halloween Game – regular game, dress up get bonus chips, bring food/drink get
bonus chips, free entry into a future tournament to the winner of the costume contest.
November – 11/29
Black Friday Game – regular game, unlimited rebuys for the first hour at half price
($5), first 10 people through the door (excluding house players) receives bonus chips.
December – 12/20
Christmas/Ugly Sweater Game – regular game, wear an ugly sweater get bonus
chips, bring food/drink get bonus chips.
