What is Lakeside Fusion?
Lakeside Fusion is a partner dance event created for fusion dancers. We are a predominantly blues based dance, but welcome all styles of partner dancers to come and explore fusion with us.
The focus on the weekend will be to relax, take in the sun (with ample sunscreen), swim on the private dock (clothing optional), and dance to sweet fusion grooves until the sun rises.

Low Income - $225 + processing fees
Medium Income - $250 + processing fees

What is provided in the ticket?
Each ticket includes 5 meals, a bed in either a Yurt or Cabin, and DJ music on Friday and Saturday night.
Will there be camping?
Yes! There are a limited amount of camping spots available.
How big are the yurts and cabins?
The 11 cabins range from 6-8 people, and the 2 yurts can fit 10 people each
On the topic of cabins/yurts, these are sleep and quiet time only spaces. We will have multiple separate rooms available for intimate shenanigans and the whole camp ground is available for socializing. Please respect your sleeping bunk mates and be quiet in the cabins.
Can I request to share a cabin with my friends?
Yes! We will be sending out a form for you to fill out closer to the event. This will allow you to let us know who you want to bunk with and who you definitely DON'T want to bunk with.
Is this a dry event?
We have not purchased a liquor license for this event, so this is officially a dry event. Please do not bring visible, open containers outside your cabin, and bring your empties with you as you leave.
Will there be workshops/lessons?
Our focus for the weekend is on dancing, eating, swimming and maybe sleeping. There will be no official workshops, but there will be room for unconference style skill shares throughout the daytime. To enjoy the event to it's full potential, it is suggested that you have some partner dance experience.
What are the Ticket Tiers?
We have three levels of tickets. The bottom tier covers the exact cost of food, lodging and music. The mid tier covers all of that and gives a little extra for us to bring in out of town DJs and decorate the space. The top tier ticket covers all of that and puts money into the scholarship fund.
Do you have a scholarship ticket?
We will have a reserve of 5 scholarship tickets available on a first come first serve basis. They will be up to %50 off of the low tier price. The percentage will be based on how many people purchase the top tier ticket or add a scholarship donation to their purchase.
Do I get a discount if I volunteer?
No. Lakeside Fusion is an event made with love. Everyone participating helps us bring this event to life. We expect everyone to pitch in where they can, and clean up after themselves.
I have severe food restrictions, will I be able to eat or bring my own food?
Due to Camp Sasamat rules, you are only allowed to bring pre packaged foods that are Peanut and Tree Nut free. The kitchen is taking consideration into providing foods safe for Vegetarians, Vegans and people who are Celiac, but as it is a communal food space, please take every precaution you need to be safe and eat well.

We keep a $15 non-refundable fee to cover administration. But the rest will be refunded to the card you paid with.
June 7th is the cut off date for refunds. After that your spot and meals have been paid for.
