Welcome to Lakeside! To help make your stay smooth and enjoyable, please review these simple guidelines:
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Two(2) dogs max allowed with prior approval only.
Kindly keep pets off furniture and clean up after them.
Please note that in the state of Maine, dogs must be on leash.
The fireplace is for decoration only, no fire is permitted on the property.
No smoking inside the cottage or anywhere on the property.
Life jackets are recommended when using kayaks or floats.
Please note that Lakeside has a septic system, as such please only flush toilet paper. Dispose of all other items in the provided trash bins. Thank you for helping us keep the septic system healthy!
Two kayaks, water floats, ping pong table, and beach/lake access in your front yard.
Tennis/pickleball courts nearby at the Association Rec Center.
Please return all gear to its proper place after use.
Please load and start the dishwasher before departure.
Strip beds and place used towels by the laundry area before departure.
Start a load of sheets in the washing machine. (It's fine to leave sheets in the washer - our cleaning team will finish them)
Turn off all a/c units, ceiling fans, and lights.
Return furniture to original spots.
Place all trash and recycling in the bins in the basement.
Double-check that windows and exterior doors are closed and locked (if applicable).
Please leave the key in the lockbox when departing.
