The board of directors has scheduled a virtual meeting on Monday, November 24th at 10 a.m. to review the YTD financials of the community and to review and approve the 2026 Budget. A date for the annual meeting will also be set for March 2026.

Annual HOA Meeting
The details of the annual meeting of the HOA members are below:
Date: March 26, 2025
Location: 5021 Lakeview Pkwy, Rowlett, TX 75088 (Bowl-A-Rama)
Time: 6:00 p.m.
The meeting has been called by the Board of Directors for the purpose of reviewing the Association's financial and operational activity over the past year, preview projects slated for the coming year, to elect two (2) Board Members, and to address any new business brought before the Association. The Board of Directors will be elected for a period of two (2) years or until a successor is elected. Cumulative voting will not be allowed.
To conduct a regular homeowner's meeting and vote on any business other than elections to the Board, a quorum of 20% of the members must be represented in person or by proxy.
