Format

Full round robin - every team plays every team.

• Games are 13 minutes per round with 2 minutes between games to transition.

• If time runs out, teams will equalize the number of shots then score the round as-is.

Based on the round robin results, teams will be split into "A Pool" and "B Pool."

• Each pool has its own elimination bracket.

• Every team will play 2 or 3 elimination games based on the results of those games.

• Games are untimed but players are encouraged to keep it moving so the event runs smoothly.

Time permitting, the championship game will be delayed so everyone can watch.

Schedule

• 8:00 am - Setup (come down between 8:00-9:00 if you'd like lend a hand with setup)

• 9:00 am - Doors (sign-in, warmup, announcements, etc. between 9:00-10:00)

• 10:00 am - Round Robin Start (4 games)

• 11:00 am - Break

  • • Bar opens

• 11:15 am - Round Robin Continues (3 games)

• 12:00 pm - Lunch, raffle drawing, group picture

  • • Leonardo's Pizza provided at no extra charge. Vegetarian options will be available. 

• 12:45 pm - Round Robin Continues (4 games)

• 1:45 pm - Break

• 2:00 pm - Quarterfinals

• 2:30 pm - Semifinals

• 3:00 pm - Finals (games to determine final placements)

• 3:30 pm - Championship match

• 4:00 pm - Awards, pictures, etc.

Please bring cash for raffles. 

Raffles

• 50/50 Raffle. 

• Bucket Raffle (see sponsors for prizes): 1 ticket for $5.00 / 3 tickets for $10.00. 

Jackpots

All players automatically entered into jackpots. 

• Double takeout 20 - first player to make a double takeout 20 and call out wins.

• Angle in from the 5 - first player to angle into the 20 off an opponent piece completely within the 5 zone and call out wins.

• Shoot the moon - first table (all 4 players) to collectively sink 8 consecutive 20-point shots and call out wins.
