Check In:

• Check in Time: 4pm

• Address is 467 Lakeside Drive, Harrow/Amerstburg depends on your GPS

• Please park at the designated area (House rental: Driveway   ;   Loft rental: Marsh side)

• Use the provided Self Door code  to enter and to hold any key button to lock

• Water (drink from tap, no ice maker)

• Coffee: K-cup (with reusable filter cup)

• Fresh Linens and Towels will be provided

• Shampoo, Body Wash and toilet paper are provided

• Use the outdoor furniture from the dock without unattended

• Water equipment rental available upon request (Life jackets & paddles are included, launch from backyard)

• Swimming: Private Beach (4 minutes walk or off the backyard 5' deep)

• Swimming: Off the Dock (5 feet), Use the ladder from the fence and strap the yellow cord around the last post by the dock

• Fishing season: off the Dock (March - December)

• Fire Pit: No WOOD burning open Bon-fire, it's a bylaw for guest. But you can bring a portable BBQ for outdoor use or use charcoal only on the provided fire pit or use our provided natural gas BBQ if it's applicable

• House Rental: Full kitchen with Basic stuff & Outdoor Natural Gas BBQ

• Water Sports Equipment (eg, Kayak, Cane and Standup Board) Rental upon request (comes with paddle and life jacket, Please enquire) 

• Slow down in driving to enjoy the wildlife

• Quiet after 11pm and Enjoy the constellations & Waves

Check Out:

• Check out time: 11am

• Report any damages or missing items

• Please shut all Windows and Doors

• Leave the used Towels on hangers

• Return all furniture setting

• Empty trash and recycled bins

• Load dishwasher (if it's applicable)

• Swift/vacuum the floor

• Wipe the countertop/stove/appliances

• Leave me a "Review" ( follow the code below with a Camera)
