The La Jolla High Administration, Counselors, School Psychologist, Nurse, Teachers and staff want you to know that what you are feeling is REAL and your feelings, no matter what they are, are VALID!

You might feel scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, grateful, or completely calm. You might feel many things throughout the days or all at once.

Your feelings are normal! The situation is not.
