Do you charge a fee for your services?  Yes, we charge a research fee based upon the number of travelers for your trip.  

Is the research fee refundable?  No, research fees are non-refundable.

Can I get my money back if i need to cancel my trip for any reason?  We highly recommend clients to purchase Vacation/Trip Insurance to protect your investment in the case for unforeseen incidents/cancellations.  We include insurance quotes with every proposal.  Without trip protection and you cancel your trip, you risk the chance of money loss.
