We aim to create high-rise housing in Bandar Sri Permaisuri that helps young families and reduces overcrowding. By incorporating well-designed communal areas like playgrounds, shared gardens, and multipurpose rooms, this project creates spaces where families can socialize and feel connected.
Easy access to facilities like fitness centers, recreational spaces, and community halls within the building encourages residents to stay active and meet others. This approach helps combat sedentary behavior and promotes a healthier lifestyle.
Staircases are more visible and accessible. Well-lit and attractive stairs encourage people to use them instead of elevators. Lowering step heights makes stairs easier for older adults and people with mobility issues to use, helping everyone stay active. By ensuring all parts of the building have access to these amenities, it promotes inclusivity, allowing everyone to engage in activities and feel part of the community.
In conclusion, this project designs high-rise housing that reduces overcrowding and supports young families, which is essential for sustainable urban living in Bandar Sri Permaisuri. By providing accessible facilities and encouraging social interactions, it enhances physical activity and overall well-being, creating a vibrant, healthy, and inclusive community.
