In Yorba Linda and Online
I work collaboratively with children, adolescents, and parents to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, and self esteem. I strive to tailor therapy to each individual's needs while creating a safe and compassionate environment where meaningful change can happen.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I value building genuine relationships with my clients because I believe that feeling safe, accepted, and understood is the foundation for healing and growth. I draw from a range of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma informed care, Internal Family System (IFS), and play therapy to meet each child or teen exactly where they are.
I offer sessions both in person in Yorba Linda, CA and via telehealth, making it easy for families to access support in whatever way works best for them.
Who I Help
Children and teens don't always have the words to express what they're going through and parents don't always have the answers. If you're noticing changes in your child's mood, behavior, or relationships, therapy can help. I work with kids and teens ages 6 and up navigating a wide range of challenges, including:
Anxious or constantly worrying — feeling on edge, overthinking, or struggling to manage fear and stress
Feeling down or withdrawn — losing interest in things they used to enjoy, isolating, or seeming hopeless
Carrying grief or loss — processing the death of a loved one, a pet, or another significant loss
Affected by trauma or difficult experiences — showing signs of distress from past or ongoing hard events
Struggling with attention & focus (ADHD) — having a hard time with impulse control, organization, or behavior at home or school
Dealing with low self-esteem or identity questions — negative self-talk, people-pleasing, or uncertainty about who they are
Having trouble with friendships or peer relationships — feeling left out, socially anxious, or navigating conflict with others
Going through a life transition — adjusting to a new school, family changes, divorce, or other big shifts
Holding something heavy they haven't found words for yet — you sense something is off, even if they can't quite explain it
I invite you to reach out if you'd like to learn more or see if we're a good fit. We can schedule a 15 mins complimentary consultation to talk about what you're looking for, answer any questions you may have, and explore how I can support you.
There's no pressure or obligation, just a chance to connect and see where the conversation leads.
