Lascians take the UPCAT each year hoping to pass and become one of our motherland's new Isko or Iska. We have more than 50% of the graduates pass the UPCAT and continues to show excellence in the said university.

Every school has a mantra, that shows how they shape the students for the future. Laguna Science Integrated High School has 3 words for a mantra. Excellence in academics, Discipline in the mindset, and Integrity for morals which all Lascians value and continue to show.

Laguna Science (LaSci) only has an estimated 400 students, accommodating 10 classrooms with 40 students in each section. Even with our little population, LaSci is full of laughter and happiness.

Vedic Mathematics is a study of mathematics on finding the fastest way to solve a certain problem. Lascians are committed to joining the annual Philippine National Vedic Mathematics Olympiad (PNVMO) to show their fast and mental thinking.

Sections are named after famous scientists
Each section of Laguna Science (LaSci) is named after a famous scientist who has contributed significantly to the scientific community. These scientists are Newton, Galileo, Watson, Crick, Dalton, Rutherford, Hertz, Einstein, Mitchell, Tesla, Darwin, and Curie with 2 sections for each grade level respectively.

Most of the time, people think that Laguna Science (LaSci) only focuses on the student's grades or academic performance. this is false for which Lascians often experiences event's and extra-curricular activities to vent out their stress.

You might wonder why are there Lascians everywhere. It is due to the fact that we kept moving our campus to 4 different locations (Bay Central at Dila, Old Campus at Maitim, New Campus at Puypuy, and Masaya Integrated High School at Masaya) for the past 16 years of Laguna Science (LaSci).

Our newly built building was sadly destroyed due to the severe tropical storm Kristine. We lost the roof of our school, the windows of each classroom mostly shattered, and the place was overall hazardous. During this time, we stayed at Masaya Integrated National High School.

Lascians' Favorite Dog
Brownie, a brown aspin, often hangs out during break time and uses his cuteness to ask for food. He is taken care of by Sir Joel as he stays at the school building, near the Hertz section. He behaves every time, he does not litter but just asks for food most of the time. Now who wouldn't give a treat to that cute dog?
