Yes! Our services are fully available in English and Spanish. You’re welcome to communicate in whichever language you prefer.  (I also speak a little bit of German, and I understand Portuguese but I don't speak it) 😜

We are based in Urfahr - Linz, Austria. The exact location will be provided once you book your appointment for privacy and safety. 

A gel manicure typically lasts around 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your nail growth and aftercare.  💫

It's very important not to exceed 4 weeks between appointments. Leaving gel on for too long can cause lifting, nail damage, or even bacterial infections, especially if water or dirt gets trapped underneath.

For the health of your nails, we recommend regular maintenance every 2–3 weeks, and proper removal done by a professional. 💅

Yes, absolutely! We use high-quality, gentle products and follow strict hygiene standards. The lash lift lasts between 6 to 8 weeks and is completely painless. 

Yes! We love getting creative with nail art – from subtle accents to bold designs. You can select your preferred style when booking, or bring inspiration photos with you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer that slot to someone else.

• Cancellations under 24 hours may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

• No-shows will be charged in full and may not be rebooked in the future.

LadyLuxe works by appointment only, to ensure personalized attention and a calm, relaxed environment.
However, if you’re nearby and want a last-minute spot, feel free to check the availability on the booking link — sometimes we have same-day cancellations or open slots!

📅 It's always best to book in advance to secure your preferred day and time.

To ensure the best results and a smooth experience, please follow these guidelines:

✅ Before Your Appointment

• Come alone – Only the client may enter the salon (exception: underage clients with an adult).

• Be punctual – A maximum delay of 10 minutes is tolerated. After that, a €5 late fee will be applied. Our time is valuable and so is yours!

• For lash lifts, arrive with no makeup in the eye area. Avoid mascara for at least 24 hours before the treatment.
  If we need to remove makeup, an extra €2 will be added.
  
  

💅✨ Aftercare – Nails

• 🚫 Avoid very hot water, as it may loosen the product.

• 🚫 Keep away from abrasive chemicals like chlorine, cleaning products, etc.

• 🚫 Do not use your nails as tools (e.g., to open cans or peel stickers).

• ✅ Wear gloves when doing housework or using products.

• ✅ Apply moisturizing cream and cuticle oil regularly to keep your nails and skin healthy.
  
  

👁️✨ Aftercare – Lash Lift

• 🚫 Avoid water, steam, and makeup on the lashes for at least 24 hours, ideally 48 hours.

• 🚫 Don’t use make-up remover or oils during this time.

• ✅ After 24–48 hours, you can go back to your normal routine. For best results, brush your lashes gently and avoid rubbing your eyes.
  
  

Yes, we do! 💖 We offer a 3-day guarantee for all our services.

If you experience any issues (such as lifting, chipping, or irregular results) within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to fix it for free, as long as:

• You followed the proper aftercare instructions

• The problem is not caused by external damage (e.g., trauma, biting, using nails as tools, etc.)

⏳ After 3 days, any fixes will be charged as a new service.

This guarantee allows us to maintain a high standard while also respecting the time and effort behind each treatment. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, absolutely! 💖 We can remove any type of previous product — whether it’s gel, builder gel, acrylic, or dip powder — even if it was done at another salon.

Please make sure to select the “removal of previous work” option when booking your appointment, so we can schedule enough time for both removal and the new service.

⏳ If you don’t book the removal in advance, we may not have time to complete the service and it could be rescheduled.
