Wonderful apartment, exactly as listed. Communication with the host were easy and clear and all fees were clearly indicated. The terrace view was absolutely breathtaking!! The bar and infinity pool were a great bonus with the kids, we simply loved it. The beach itself was crowded but if you have a car they are so many options, I recommend to rent a paddle board, kayak, or boat to explore nature and remote beaches. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienanlage in der Nähe von Porto Rotondo. Das Highlight ist der Balkon, von dem man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Bucht hat. Allerdings ist die Beschreibung der Zimmer bei Fewo-direkt nicht korrekt. Es gibt keine 4 Schlafzimmer, sondern 3 - zwei mit einem Doppelbett und ein kleineres mit einem Einzelbett. Die Strände in der Gegend sind sehr schön. Wir waren in der Nebensaison (Oktober) dort. Zu dieser Zeit sind fast alle Strandbars, Geschäfte und sogar Toiletten am Strand geschlossen. Zudem sollte man wissen, dass die Restaurants an der Costa Smeralda recht teuer sind. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat perfekt funktioniert. Er hat uns gute Tipps für Strände, Ausflugsziele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben.

Wir sind mit drei Erwachsenen gereist und hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub von Mitte September bis Anfang Oktober. Die Strände sind in dieser Zeit nicht überlaufen, die meisten Lokale und Strandbars noch geöffnet. Das Wetter war überwiegend warm und sonnig, daher konnten wir den Pool an den letzten Öffnungstagen noch sehr gut nutzen. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall einen Pkw vor Ort. Wir waren sehr begeistert von der wunderschönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Alles war wie beschrieben, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Selbst die kleine Küche hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine. Das absolute Highlight ist der grosse Balkon mit dem mega Ausblick auf die Bucht!Valerio war unser bisher bester Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und mit super Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern da, hierfür ist die Wohnung perfekt geeignet.Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber, der Pool ebenso. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super.

We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was very well equipped and of an excellent standard in a beautiful location. It was very clean and well maintained. The views from the apartment were stunning. The complex was also excellent with great pool, bar and very friendly and helpful staff. The host was also superb, pre and during stay communications were spot on, informative and very helpful which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Location of the property means that every room enjoys great views of the beach or the wooded hills around the property. The terrace/ balcony is a great place for family meals. Kitchen has all the amenities that you need. There are a huge number of beaches for all tastes within easy driving distance. We also found it to be a good base for exploring the nearby mountains and for day trips to places Like La Maddelana islands.

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment with outside terraces front and back providing perfect sitting areas to absorb probably the best view I’ve ever had the pleasure to look at - across Porto Rotondo. The place is immaculate and well equipped and sits within a resort with pool, play area and nice grounds for a short stroll. It’s in easy reach of a lovely beach, various restaurants and grocery shopping. Had a lovely stay and would very happily visit again

The apartment was in a fabulous location for local beaches, towns and not far from Olbia airport and supermarket. It was comfortable and clean with a magnifient view from the large balcony. The pool was a very good size, well maintained and enjoyed more super views over the bay. It was end of season so quiet with some amenities and local shops and restaurants closed but that didnt spoil it, as we loved the peace and quiet and the lovely temperatures. We would love to return.

Appartement with breathtaking view near Porto Rotondo and Marinella beaches. Great spot to explore the northern part of Sardegna from. Very large infinity swimming pool with amazing view with lots of sun beds and plenty of shade. The appartement has everything you need for a great holiday. Beautiful terrace for dining al fresco. Valerio has done the appartement with plenty of details and lovely atmosphere. We will surely come back when we visit Sardegna again!

Het verblijf was heerlijk. Mooi appartement met alles erop en eraan en met een geweldig uitzicht. Enig puntje van kritiek was de overhaaste check in van de beheerder. Regelmatig contact met de eigenaar via app was heel servicegericht en een pluspunt.

Wir waren als Familie (zwei Erwachsene, ein fünfjähriger und ein Baby) Mitte Mai in der Wohnung! Sie ist wirklich schön, insbesondere der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse! Es ist alles vorhanden, man muss quasi nichts selber mitbringen… Hinweise: Fußläufig kommt man ans Meer, aber zum Strand ist es deutlich weiter, und man muss mit dem Auto fahren! Mitte Mai ist sehr wenig Betrieb, wir waren mehr oder weniger die einzigen Urlauber in der Anlage…. (Sprich: sehr ruhig, aber auch keine/kaum Spielkameraden für die Kinder)

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen, komfortabel ausgestattet und bietet alle notwendigen Ausstattungen für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die zugehörige Terrasse hat einen grandiosen Blick auf den Golfo di Marinella, ist total gemütlich und wie ein tolles Zimmer im Freien. Vermieter ist absolut zuvorkommend und antwortet schnell auf Anfragen und Wünsche. Absolut zu empfehlen. Danke und gerne wieder.

The unit was perfect for us 3 adults. It had a beach close by, a pastry shop, grocery store and it was not far away from other beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda. We got the keys from the security gate. There are stairs to climb to get to the unit, be aware if you have mobility issues or heavy bags. The parking spot is tricky to get in, but so are everywhere in Italy. Wifi was good but be aware of usage amount limits. The washing machine was also tricky to figure out, would have been useful some instructions. Otherwise, kitchen did have utensils, pots and pans. Air conditioning was available and necessary most of the time. The view from the balcony is to die for and it was one of the reasons we got the unit. We also used the pool in the resort, it was big with pleasant water temperature. All in all, I can recommend this place for anyone.
