The Infinite Campus Parent Portal allows 24-hour access to view your child’s:

• Schedule

• Assignments

• Attendance

• Transportation information

• Grades

• Real-time updates and alerts

• Immunizations

• District messages

In order to assist parents/guardians with setting-up and maintaining Parent Portal accounts, the MPS school district is offering phone and email support.

MPS parents/guardians who want to create a Parent Portal account or for those who have forgotten their username and/or password should email parentportal@milwaukee.k12.wi.us.

The email will need to contain the parent/guardian’s name, child’s name, birthdate, and a contact number to assist in resetting the Parent Portal account.

If you have not received a phone call or email to reset your Parent Portal within 24 hours, please call 414-475-8159 for further assistance.

For assistance setting-up NEW Parent Portal accounts, parents and guardians please call 414- 475-8159 or email parentportal@milwaukee.k12.wi.us.

If families have any questions regarding students Individualized Education Plans (IEP's) and/or services, parents/guardians can leave a message stating the student’s name and birthdate along with their name and contact information at 414-438-3648 and the parent/guardian will be contacted within 24 hours of the call.
