Desenvolvido no Excel com recursos avançados de Business Intelligence, este projeto atendeu à necessidade da empresa Café Serenato de visualizar seus principais indicadores de vendas de forma interativa e centralizada.

Tecnologias aplicadas:

• Excel + Power Query + Power Pivot

• Importação de dados de múltiplas fontes: arquivos Excel, CSV e pastas.

• ETL no Power Query: limpeza, transformação e unificação dos dados usando linguagem M.

• Modelagem de dados no Power Pivot: criação de relações entre tabelas e medidas com DAX.

• Visualização: construção de dashboards com Tabelas e Gráficos Dinâmicos, Segmentações e Linha do Tempo.

Indicadores incluídos:

• Faturamento por período e total

• Produtos mais vendidos e mais faturados (Top)

• Quantidade vendida e média de gastos

FINANCIAL PIVOT TABLE WITH POWER QUERY AND POWER PIVOT

This project was developed in Excel using advanced features such as Power Query and Power Pivot — transforming Excel into a powerful and interactive Business Intelligence tool.

The financial pivot table consolidates key business indicators, including:

• Sales Representatives

• Categories and Products

• Total Sales

• Profit Margin (%)

Key features implemented:

• Power Query: Handled the full ETL process (extract, transform, load), ensuring that the data is clean, structured, and always up to date.

• Power Pivot: Used for data modeling, creating relationships between tables, and building custom DAX measures.

• Slicers: Enabled dynamic filtering and interactive analysis across multiple business dimensions.
