I have worked in the field of science and environmental education for most of my career. I am passionate about exploring the intersection of outdoors/environment, sustainability and science education.
My goals are to:

Shape of Life Featured Teacher: This article was written in June 2018 for Shape of Life, www.shapeoflife.org. This organization features free classroom videos depicting the evolution of the animal kingdom on Earth.

Hiking with a Bump-Hiking Series for New Parents and Parents-to-be: This was one of two hiking series I led for Monterey Bay Regional Parks District in 2014-15. I am an avid outdoorsperson although it's a different level of adventure now with a toddler in tow.
