DaBoisStudioz& Lab X does use your microphone if enabled, if disabled we will not use it.
DaBoisStudioz& Lab X does collect your in-game name, and ban status.
DaBoisStudioz& Lab X does collect your in-game cosmetics to keep your progress loaded.
DaBoisStudioz& Lab X does not store personal data, and not use it against you, becuase we do not store that data we cannot delete it.
DaBoisStudioz& Lab X does make sure your data is kept safe using PlayFab.
How we use your data
As I said in 1. we store some of your data not your personal data but we will use some(not personal data) of your data to enforce and make sure bans work. If your logged into the same meta account your data will load through PlayFab presuming its not down at that time.
Your Rights about some of the data deletion
You may ask to have your data deleted at: nuggetda882@gmail.com I will delete the data.
Again your data is secured by PlayFab.

Lab X and its assets are the property of the Lab X development team.
Users may:
Create videos and screenshots of Lab X.
Stream gameplay.
Discuss Lab X and its features.
Users may not:
Copy or redistribute Lab X assets.
Reupload Lab X content as their own project.
Use Lab X assets, artwork, or game files to train AI models without permission.
Claim ownership of Lab X content.
The Lab X team reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
