Storing Data & Data Deletion Policy
Lab X and Eclipsed Void does not intentionally store personal information such as:
Real world name
Home address
Phone numbers
Lab X and Eclipsed Void does collect such as:
In-game name
Cosmetic/Game progression
Ban and moderation data
Microphone status when enabled (using: Multiplayer Game Development Made Easy | Photon Engine )
If microphone status is enabled lab x does use your voice for in-game communication. Lab X does not intentionally store anything you say. You can also control microphone status by going into the lab x settings on meta's menu and disabling/enabling it.
Lab X uses: PlayFab to help provide your data load/save such as: authentication, cosmetic progression, and moderation. PlayFab may process technical information such as IP Addresses as a part of providing this data. Lab X may use these tools to enforce its moderation when absolutely necessary. Lab X does not maintain its own IP database.
You may ask for data deletion at: nuggetda882@gmail.com E-mailing may get your progression, cosmetics, and anything else saved.
NOTE: If you are banned and you ask for data deletion we can take away your data except your ban until it expires.

AI use policy
As AI grows it gets more smart and knows more how to hack. So please do not use AI for the following reasons: modding/cheating, and training it for hacking, etc.

Downgrading Policy
Downgrading is typically allowed. But if you use it to use glitches, buy older cosmetics no longer buyable, or bypass banning then we will take action against it.

Lab X Moderation Policy 1
Lab X, Eclipsed Void, and the lab x staff do have the power to kick and ban you (As said in Storing Data & Data Deletion Policy.) But if the team has to we will & can using: PlayFab If a staff falsely kicks/bans you please contact: nuggetda882@gmail.com And we will contact the staff that did it.
Lab X Moderation Policy 2
Lab X, Eclipsed Void, and the lab x staff do have the power to kick you and ban you (as said in Storing Data & Data Deletion Policy.) And the ban system will look like this:
Warning 1: You did something against the policy or against the in-game rules. No deal we will kick you as a warning.
Warning 2: You did something against the policy or against the in-game rules. We will kick again as warning 2
Warning 3: You did something against the policy or against the in-game rules. We will ban you for a week or a month (depending on the rule or policy you broke.)
Warning 4: You did something against the policy or against the in-game rules. We will increase ban to 2 months (depending on the rule or policy you broke.)
Warning 5: You did something against the policy or against the in-game rules. We will permanently ban you.
We are using this type of system to keep lab x clean of "Bad actors" in the community but also give multiple chances to people if it was a mistake.
Lab X Moderation Policy 3
Lab X MIGHT accidently ban your account, we will try not to falsely ban your account. In the event we do falsely ban your account please contact: nuggetda882@gmail.com and we will hear your complaint and judge it accordingly to our in-game rules and policy.
If you are banned for something you did do PLEASE do not contact the owner and ask to get unbanned, if you do we will not listen and you will be banned until it expires.
In the event you are banned and you use a different meta account (ban evading) this is against our policy and will ban your account longer and ban the account you are on. PLEASE do not contact the owner to be unbanned.
