Storing Data & Data Deletion

Lab X & DaBoisStudioz does NOT collect your real world data such as: names, home addresses, phone numbers, anything personal. Lab X & DaBoisStudioz DOES collect: Cosmetic/game progression, ban/moderation status, in-game name, microphone status if its enabled. If its disabled we do not collect data from it becuase its disabled. If its enabled then we still do not collect anything you say its only used in-game using photon. we do collect cosmetic, ban, etc. (except microphone) to save your data across your headsets as long your in the same account, enforce our rules and moderation, and provide our game fetures. While we DO NOT collect personal data but do collect limited data we can delete the data that we collect but your progression will be reset and cannot be given back. email for data deletion: nuggetda882@gmail.com we are not accountable if you contact for data deletion and it gets deleted.

AI use

As AI grows it gets more smart and knows more how to hack. So please do not use AI for the following reasons: modding/cheating, and training it for hacking, etc.

Downgrading

Downgrading is typically allowed. But if you use it to use glitches, buy older cosmetics no longer buyable, or bypass banning then we will take action against it.

Lab X Banning Policy

Lab X MIGHT accidently ban your account, we will try not to falsely ban your account. In the event we do falsely ban your account please contact: nuggetda882@gmail.com and we will hear your complaint and judge it accordingly to our in-game rules and policy.

If you are banned for something you did do PLEASE do not contact the owner and ask to get unbanned, if you do we will not listen and you will be banned until it expires.

In the event you are banned and you use a different meta account (ban evading) this is against our policy and will ban your account longer and ban the account you are on. PLEASE do not contact the owner to be unbanned.
