Terms of Service — LAb Mobile Detailing

By booking or receiving any service from LAB Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. General Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to all detailing services provided by LAB Mobile Detailing. By scheduling or accepting any service, you (the client) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.


2. Use of Water & Electricity

For mobile detailing appointments, access to a working water spigot and electrical outlet within 100 feet of the vehicle is required. By booking, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to these utilities.
All utility usage is minimal and remains the responsibility of the client.


3. Vehicle Condition Requirements

To ensure the best results, we ask that personal items and trash be removed prior to your appointment.
If the vehicle is excessively dirty, contains hazardous materials, or requires significant removal of belongings before service, additional fees may apply or service may be declined.
LAB Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle.


4. Service Guarantee

We take pride in providing top-quality detailing with care and attention to every vehicle.
If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Concerns reported after 24 hours may not qualify for a re-clean or refund.


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change — please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may impact future booking eligibility.


6. Weather Policy

Because we are a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at our discretion to ensure safety and service quality.


7. Liability

We handle every vehicle with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our actions or negligence, we will take full responsibility and cover repair or replacement costs.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or normal wear and tear that becomes visible during or after detailing.


8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.


9. Service Distance

LAB Mobile Detailing proudly serves customers within Cumberland County and nearby areas.
A travel fee will be applied for locations beyond areas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 

10. No Refunds Policy

Once a detailing service has begun and/or been completed, all payments are final and non-refundable. If a customer prepays for a service and later chooses to cancel or not proceed, the payment will not be refunded. We strongly encourage customers to review their vehicle at the time of service completion and notify us of any concerns within 24 hours so we can address them appropriately. However, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance once payment has been made.

11. Updates to Terms

LAB Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
