Your talk is scheduled for approximately 25 minutes with an additional 5 minutes for questions.
Please include a slide in your talk describing what you view as the biggest challenge in bringing robots from the lab to the real world and potential avenues to address that.
We will have an HDMI cable available to connect to your computer.

Please hang your posters on the designated poster boards at the beginning of the workshop.
Materials will available to hang your posters.
Poster boards are 950mm x 2340mm.
The poster session is scheduled for 2:30 - 3:00 pm. Please stand by your poster during this time.
Lightning talk information:
Your talk is scheduled for 5-6 minutes with 2 minutes of questions.
The lightning talk session is scheduled 1:30 - 2:30pm.
Please send your presentation to us in advance (by Wednesday, May 31 midnight GMT) to the Dropbox link emailed to you.
We will transition to your slides from our computer to save time between speaker transitions.
