Research Projects

We aim to understand how plant organelles respond to various stressors by employing a range of biochemical, molecular biology and supercomputing techniques. To achieve this, we focus on:

1) Plant metabolism

2) Mitochondrial and chloroplast morphology transition and fluorescent labeling

3) Plant-microorganism interactions

4) Experimental and theoretical studies of membrane transporters.
