I am a 3rd year PhD research scholar in the Department of Biotechnology, IIT Madras. I work in the field of Tissue engineering and Biomaterials under the supervision of Dr. Vignesh Muthuvijayan. My current research aims in exploring methods of sustained drug delivery to increase drug efficacy in vivo.

The field of biosciences has always fascinated me from my childhood. Various human-friendly inventions and innovations in this field inspired me also to want to study and contribute to this field and this has been my main motivation to take up the field of biology.

A never-ending desire to utilize the obtained domain knowledge, to attain more experience and to help the society with innovative, productive and sustainable technologies is my foremost career goal. Pursuing PhD is one of my long-term degree goal and I believe pursuing PhD will aid me to go closer in achieving my career goal.
