La Vona Centro is located within the Rio Valley neighborhood. This neighborhood was designed to be walkable with a grid of possible paths, tree lined streets and a central park situated at the end of La Vona Drive.
The neighborhood and other surrounding subdivisions are essentially built out. These residents have a need for convenient and accessible services.
There are also underserved neigborhoods in the Upper Valley and in New Mexico that are within 2 miles of La Vona Centro that can add to the market for the businesses. La Vona Centro can be an alternative location for purchasing products and services with easier access than going east into El Paso.
The buildings will be multi-story. They will not be condominiums, but fee simple ownership. Because of this, both residential and commercial units will be included with each building.
