Durée (Duration) : environ 3 heures, 9,3 km, difficulté moyenne, chaussures et bâtons de marche conseillés (Approximately 3 hours, 9.3 km, moderate difficulty; walking shoes and poles recommended).

Notes sur l'itinéraire (français)

1/ Prendre la route de La Salvetat-Belmontet, puis celle de Verlhac vers La Vinouse. S'engager sur le Chemin de Marchandel (impasse) ; continuer sur environ 350 mètres, puis tourner à droite sur le chemin de terre.

2/ Tourner à gauche sur la route, traverser le pont et continuer à monter jusqu'au carrefour. Tourner à droite vers La Salvetat-Belmontet. À la bifurcation, rester à gauche vers l'Impasse de la Vinouse.

3/ Passer devant la chapelle jusqu'à la barrière à bestiaux. Emprunter le chemin de terre à travers les sous-bois. En bas de la pente, rester à gauche en longeant le champ. Prendre le sentier en face qui monte. Une fois en haut, tourner à gauche sur le sentier jusqu'au carrefour.

MIDDLE POINT, Jacobiel (Chambres d’hôtes): 10h45

Garez-vous le long de la route au carrefour.

4/ Tournez à droite sur la route et continuez sur environ 400 mètres. Tournez à gauche sur le chemin de terre. Descendez jusqu’au passage du ruisseau.

5/ Traversez le Nadalou puis tournez à gauche sur le sentier dans les sous-bois et restez en bordure du champ.

6/ Tournez à gauche sur le sentier en bordure du bois, puis restez sur votre droite. Après la montée, tournez à gauche sur le chemin herbeux jusqu’à la route. Enfin, tournez à gauche en direction du village.

Repas au restaurant chez La Bonnette 12 rue côte du couvent à Monclar de Quercy.

1/ Take the road to La Salvetat-Belmontet, then take the road from Verlhac to La Vinouse. Turn onto the Chemin de Marchandel (dead end); continue for approximately 350 meters, then turn right onto the dirt track.

2/ Turn left at the road, cross the bridge and continue uphill to the intersection. Turn right towards La Salvetat-Belmontet. At the fork, keep left towards Impasse de la Vinouse.

3/ Walk past the chapel to the cattle gate. Take the dirt track through the undergrowth. At the bottom of the slope, stay to the left along the edge of the field. Take the path opposite that goes uphill. Once at the top, turn left onto the path until you reach the crossroads.

Mid Point, Jacobiel (Chambres d’hôtes): 10:45

Park along the road at the crossroads

4/ Turn right onto the road and continue for approximately 400 meters. Turn left onto the dirt track. Go down to the stream crossing.

5/ Cross the Nadalou then turn left onto the path in the undergrowth and stay at the edge of the field.

6/ Turn left onto the path along the edge of the woods, then keep to your right. After the uphill section, turn left onto the grassy path until you reach the road. Finally, turn left towards the village.

Dinner at La Bonnette restaurant 12 rue Côte du Couvent in Monclar de Quercy.
