Beatrice is the commissioner who employs the detective. She asks people to call her Bea because she thinks that "Beatrice" sounds too bossy. The young detective and her get along pretty well. They spend their time bickering over nothing, even on crime scenes, because of that, they have a mixed reputation between admiration for their talent and contempt for their lack of consideration. But Bea doesn't care, she's the boss !
Astrid is the manager of the detective's town's bar. He likes spending time there for the drinks but also to see her. Astrid sees him as one of his most loyal customers but most importantly as a friend, which makes him a privileged client.
Thomas is the detective’s son and Amy is his neighbor. Thomas is a very well-behaved child and Amy is a really nice neighbor who often takes care of the kid because the father is often very busy with his work.
