1.       Purchased Lessons

1.1.               All lessons (including lesson packages) purchased are valid for one year from the date of purchase only.

1.2.               Lessons not used within this time period will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over.

2.   Lesson Vouchers

2.1.               Lesson vouchers must be booked/redeemed within 12 months of the original date of purchase.

2.2.               You will be required to prove authenticity by providing a reference number and/or the name of the purchaser.

2.3.               Please note that Lesson Vouchers cannot be used with any other offers or discounts advertised.

3.        Cancellation Policy

3.1.               If you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson 24 hours notice must be provided to avoid being charged for the lesson.

3.2.               Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will result in the lesson being forfeited without refund except in exceptional      circumstances such as death or serious illness/injury

3.3.               In the event of a no-show, the lesson will be considered used and no refund or rescheduling offered or permitted.
