At L&A Creations, every piece is handcrafted and customized, ensuring a unique creation 

Non-Returnable Items: Customised and personalised jewellery cannot be returned.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted only for items received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us and approach us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. Without genuine proof, no customer is eligible for a return.

Exchanges: Available for only manufacturing defects or incorrect items. Exchanges are processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds; eligible cases receive only exchanges.

Order Cancellation: Customised orders cannot be cancelled once the customer confirms the order.

Colour & Design Variations: Slight variations in stones, beads, and resin shades are natural in handmade items, and these are not considered as defects. Shipping & Return Costs: Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
