Preavviso Standard: Se la cancellazione avviene con almeno 60 giorni di anticipo rispetto alla data di arrivo.
Prenotazioni "Sotto data": Per chi prenota a meno di 60 giorni dall'arrivo (es. 40 o 20 giorni prima), il credito è garantito solo se la cancellazione avviene entro 48 ore dalla conferma.
Oltre questi termini, o in caso di mancata presentazione, la caparra verrà trattenuta integralmente. Il riutilizzo del credito è soggetto alla disponibilità del calendario.

Standard Notice: If the cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.
"Last-Minute" Bookings: For bookings made less than 60 days before arrival (e.g., 40 or 20 days prior), the credit is guaranteed only if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Beyond these terms, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit will be retained in full. The use of the credit is subject to calendar availability

Kurzfristige Buchungen: Bei Buchungen, die weniger als 60 Tage vor der Anreise erfolgen (z. B. 40 oder 20 Tage vorher), wird das Guthaben nur gewährt, wenn die Stornierung innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Buchungsbestätigung erfolgt.
