Ingredients:
3 parts organic Nacional variety cacao
1 part organic cane sugar
The 75% dark chocolate is also available with additional ingredients that are complementary in both flavor and texture, such as roasted nibs, sea salt, roasted nuts and dried fruits
We also directly import several finished bars made and packaged locally in Ecuador. These are sweetened with unprocessed panela cane sugar, which imparts a wonderfully rich honey flavor
