Our dark chocolate bars are made with the high cacao content and the fewest possible ingredients to highlight the unique flavor profile of Nacional variety cacao.

The 75% dark bar is a perfect balance of the cacao's complex floral flavors tempered by mild sweetness.


Ingredients:

  • 3 parts organic Nacional variety cacao

  • 1 part organic cane sugar


The 75% dark chocolate is also available with additional ingredients that are complementary in both flavor and texture, such as roasted nibs, sea salt, roasted nuts and dried fruits

We also directly import several finished bars made and packaged locally in Ecuador. These are sweetened with unprocessed panela cane sugar, which imparts a wonderfully rich honey flavor
