Winter Choice II: Poland
This will be a Winner's Choice tournament. In a Winner's Choice tournament, the event will be sanctioned for a storyline effect, but no specific result will be determined in advance. Beginning Oct. 1, 2008, each time a Winner's Choice tournament is held, the winner may select one of the flavor traits listed below, which will then appear on a personality card aligned to the faction used in the tournament in a future expansion. The Story Team will also entertain requests for the names of the personalities on which these traits appear, but such requests may not be honored. During this season, when a flavor trait has been chosen by a winner, it will be removed from the list. When the list of available traits dwindles down to only a few left, it will be refreshed with all-new traits.
Possible traits:
Blade of Vengeance - What dark acts will this samurai have committed, what wrongs to his clan will he have avenged, in order to have gained such a sinister pseudonym?

Master Chef - Whose masterful cuisine shall reign supreme in the highest courts of the land?

The following text is from the L5R Wiki:
Udo was a Lost shugenja whose true passion, and skill, laid in the art of cooking. HE was able to take the most fouled, decayed or rancid things in the Shadowlands, and put them together into a pot that tastes good. Using a massive enchanted caldron, he could literally cook the bodies of the dead into life again as undead under his willing control. [1] In 1171 Udo was the Master Chef of the Spider in the Fingers of Bone. His cooking tasted good enough, if ignored the reality of what was eating. Udo called it stew, but had some degree of foreboding. [2]
Udo was appointed as assistant of the Order of Venom. In 1172 the monks were aiding the Crab Amoro's Legion against the yobanjin Son of Fire. Hida Kaoru discovered evidence they were related with the Spider Clan while investigating the Udo's mad behaviour. [3] The cooker attempted to cook her alive in his siganture massive pot apparently used for stew preparation. Kaoru escaped and informed her commanding officer. [4]
Udo died before the end of the Destroyer War. [5]
