L Pro ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information, and how you can exercise your right to delete your data.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information to provide and improve our services:

• Phone Number: Collected exclusively for secure authentication via OTP (One-Time Password).

• Basic Profile Information: Such as your display name, points, and rank.

• App Usage Data: Technical logs to monitor app performance and improve user experience.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To authenticate users securely and prevent unauthorized access.

• To provide core app functionality, including leaderboards and user statistics.

• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Firebase Services

L Pro utilizes Google Firebase services to operate efficiently:

• Firebase Authentication: For managing user identities.

• Cloud Firestore: For secure data storage.

• Firebase Cloud Messaging: For sending important notifications. Firebase processes data in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only processed through our backend infrastructure (Firebase) to ensure service continuity.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

6. Children’s Privacy

L Pro is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Account Deletion & Data Retention (Crucial)

In compliance with global privacy standards and App Store requirements, we provide users with full control over their data:

• In-App Deletion (Self-Service): Users can permanently delete their accounts and all associated data at any time. This option is available within the app under Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account.

• What is Deleted: Once the deletion is initiated, a secure Cloud Function (deleteMyAccount) is triggered to irreversibly wipe the following from our servers:

  1. Your Authentication record (Phone number).

  2. Your User Profile and Statistics (Firestore docs).

  3. All Support Tickets and nested messages.

  4. Your entries in all Leaderboards (General, Stars, Pros).

• Manual Request: If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us at lpro.guide.app@gmail.com. Please include your registered phone number.
