All talks will be held at the Erik Jonsson Academic Center (JO) building (location 📍), in JO 3.516. If you are driving or taking a cab to the venue, get down at UTD Parking Structure 3 (location 📍) and walk to the JO building.
Hotels
Hotels
Accommodation for funded participants have been arranged at the hotels Hilton Richardson Dallas and Holiday Inn Dallas-Richardson, which are ~3 miles from the conference venue. A shuttle service will be arranged to travel to and from the hotels to UTD. The timings will be updated soon.
Local Travel
Local Travel
You can either take cabs (Uber/Lyft) or use the Dallas Area Public Transit (DART) to travel within the Dallas Fort Worth region. For traveling via DART, a local 3-hour pass costs $3. You can buy tickets at the station or use the GO PASS app to buy a pass online. The app also gives live updates for trains and buses.

There are two nearby airports - Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL).
Cabs: Time taken is around 30-45 minutes. The prices vary within $40-$60.
Public Transit:
From DFW - Take the DART Silver Line going east from Terminal B and get down at the UTD stop (~40 mins).
From DAL - Take the airport shuttle and get down at Inwood/ Love Field Station. Take the Red/Orange Line going north (towards Parker Road) and get down at Cityline/Bush Station. Switch to the Silver Line going west (towards DFW) and get down at the UTD stop.
