Finished M.S. and Ph.D. with Prof. Do-Kyeong Ko (Lab for Ultrafast and Nonlinear Optics, http://ultrafast.gist.ac.kr/) and Dr. Nan Ei Yu at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST). Focused on nonlinear optics & THz spectroscopy. Demonstrated full series of a THz system using 1) high-power tunable THz emission, 2) all-optical THz modulation, and 3) in-situ THz detection, based on femtosecond laser systems & nonlinear optical crystals.

During a postdoctoral, worked with Prof. Hyunsoo Yang (Spin Energy Lab, https://www.yang-group.com/) at National University of Singapore. In the context of THz spintronics, investigated ultrafast spin dynamics at antiferromagnets & the charge-spin interconversion at low-symmetry & low-dimension systems.
