My research focuses on IS and OM topics, including pricing contracts and private brands in online channels, information asymmetry, public policies for online and mobile platforms, digital goods and piracy, health IT and patient portals, the sharing economy, hospital OR scheduling, optimization in robotic cells, and inventory and shipment policies. My work employs analytical and empirical approaches and has been published in leading academic journals, such as Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Production and Operations Management, IIE Transactions, Annals of Operations Research, and Service Science (INFORMS).
