Hello and welcome!
I am a doctoral student in the School of Social Work at the University of Michigan, pursuing a joint PhD in Social Work and Sociology under the mentorship of Dr. Linda M. Chatters & Dr. Pamela J. Smock.
My research focuses on the impact of family dynamics on individual well-being. By examining the interplay between social identities and family structures, I seek to uncover comprehensive causal mechanisms linking family dynamics to health outcomes.
I earned B.A. in Public Health and Sociology from Korea University and holds M.S. in Public Health Sciences from Korea University (Republic of Korea). Throughout my master's program, I was advised by Dr. Jinho Kim.
