I am an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at Korea University Business School. My research spans AI model development from a computer science perspective, human–AI collaboration from a human-centered perspective, and the economic implications of AI from a business standpoint. My work has appeared in leading business journals and top-tier natural language processing conferences, including Information Systems Research (ISR), Production and Operations Management (POM), the Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS), and Empirical Methods in Natural Language Processing (EMNLP). I have received multiple awards and nominations, including best paper awards and nominees from ISR, ICIS and WITS. I earned my Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona and hold both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business from Seoul National University. Prior to joining Korea University, I served as an assistant professor at Arizona State University.
