You are responsible for ensuring that the use of the bot is legally permitted in your country
The bot may only be used on servers where you have the necessary permissions
The bot provides various features, including but not limited to:
Automated commands
Server management and moderation
Entertainment and informational features
KyroX AI services
GlobalChat functionality
The scope of features may be changed, expanded, or limited at any time.
You are prohibited from using the bot for the following purposes:
Distribution of illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content
Spam, flooding, or automated mass actions
Circumvention of security mechanisms
Abuse, manipulation, or reverse engineering of the bot
Violations may result in restricted or permanent suspension of access without prior notice.
If the bot provides a GlobalChat feature, the following rules apply:
Messages may be visible across multiple servers
You are solely responsible for the content you send
Violating applicable laws or these Terms within GlobalChat is prohibited
The operator reserves the right to moderate, remove content, or exclude users from GlobalChat
KyroX credits are a virtual currency and do not represent real money.
They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real currency
No refunds will be provided
Credits are intended solely for use within the KyroX system
The use of KyroX AI services may require virtual credits.
The operator reserves the right to adjust pricing, costs, or required credit amounts at any time.
The operator reserves the right to:
Modify or discontinue the credit system at any time
Restrict or remove credits in case of violations of these Terms
Define rules regarding validity or expiration of credits
The bot is provided “as is”.
There is no guarantee of availability, accuracy, or specific functionality.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the bot.
The operator reserves the right to:
Temporarily or permanently take the bot offline
Modify or discontinue features
Restrict or prohibit use for specific users or servers
The processing of personal data is governed by the bot’s Privacy Policy.
This policy is available separately and forms part of these Terms.
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server.
The operator reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the bot at any time, in whole or in part.
