Volunteer Opportunities

Our work as the Mariposa PTO goes beyond raising money. We promote an environment at school where teachers and staff can do their best work and students can do their best learning. We are proud that Mariposa is a great place for students to learn. Research indicates that students whose parents are involved in their education tend to have better grades and fewer discipline problems. Involvement at the school also makes it easier to establish friendships with fellow parents and caregivers. We promise that it will feel meaningful and fun! 

We’re always eager to include more parents and caregivers to help us meet this goal, as volunteers are vital to our success.

Even an hour makes a positive impact! We have positions and tasks to fit all schedules and interests. 

Join us at our monthly PTO meetings, held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Mariposa Library and via Google Meet. Email kyrenemariposapto@gmail.com for more information.
