Q2 How do I change my login password?

A2 (1) Go to Settings > Account Settings

(2) Click “Change Password”

Q3 How do I change my login account?

A3 You cannot change the account; you have to register a new one

Q4 What should I do if I forgot my login password?

A4 (1) Enter your registered e-mail address

(2) Click “Forgot password?

(3) Enter e-mail address

(4) Click the link that the system sent to your e-mail

(5) Enter your new password

*If you have sent forgotten password letters multiple times, please click the link of the latest letter to change your password.

Q5 Why can't I tick the privacy agreement?

A5 Please scroll down the page to the bottom, and then you can tick to agree to the privacy terms.

Pairing

Q1 How do I pair KYMCO Noodoe App with KYMCO Noodoe dashboard?

A1 (1) Within 30 seconds after starting the engine, press and hold the orange button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. If you cannot enter the pairing mode over 30 seconds, switch off the engine and restart it

(2) Go to KYMCO Noodoe App >【Connect a Scooter】>【Scan Now】

(3) Press【Orange】button to pair the name of the device.

(4) Connect Bluetooth and press【Orange】button again.

(5) Tap the six-digit alphanumeric code shown on the phone and dashboard respectively.

(6) Make sure your mobile phone and scooter dashboard have been connected.

Q2 Why can’t I pair my App with KYMCO Noodoe dashboard successfully?

A2 I. Please follow the steps below:

(1) Turn off Bluetooth on the mobile phone

(2) Switch off the engine

(3) Start the engine

(4) Turn on Bluetooth

(5) Try it again. Please refer How do I pair KYMCO Noodoe App with KYMCO Noodoe dashboard instruction.

II. Only the last pairing information is recorded in KYMCO Noodoe dashboard. If your KYMCO Noodoe dashboard was paired with other mobile phone

(1) Press 【Up】and【Orange】 buttons of scooter > Key OFF > Release 【Up】and【Orange】 buttons > Key ON(Restart scooter)

(2) Go to 【Settings】>【Bluetooth】>Forget the paired device.

(3)Reboot the phone,Please refer How do I pair KYMCO Noodoe App with KYMCO Noodoe dashboard instruction.

III. If the pairing still fails, please contact the Service Center

Creation

Q1 How do I create a new creation?

A1 (1) Click ⊕ icon on the top left of Community page

(2) Select the category

(3) Select the creation you like and click “Remix” button

Q2 How do I customize my KYMCO Noodoe dashboard?

A2 (1) Click ⊕ icon on the top left of Community page

(2) Select the category for creation

(3) Select the creation you like, and click “Remix” button

(4) Select the settings you like

(5) If all changes are done, click “Save” on the top right

Q3 How do I delete my creation?

A3 (1) My creation > Select the item > Delete

(2) HOME > Select the creation to be deleted > Select the item > Delete

Q1 How do I install/update my creation to KYMCO Noodoe App?

A1 (1) Be sure that the App and KYMCO Noodoe are paired

(2) Go to HOME (4 icons at the bottom)

(3) Click “My dashboard” (the first icon from the left at the bottom)

(4) Click on the dashboard to switch the dashboard

(5) Select the creation you like and click “Install” button

Please make sure that the mobile phone and the dashboard are connected, and you do see a transmission symbol appear, and the creation is uploaded to the dashboard successfully.

Q2 How do I switch my KYMCO Noodoe dashboard?

A2 On the scooter handle, press UP/DOWN button to switch the dashboard (Please make sure you have done the creations at the KYMCO Noodoe App and uploaded to the dashboard successfully)

Q3 Can I unload the creations on my KYMCO Noodoe dashboard?

A3 (1) Be sure that the App and KYMCO Noodoe are paired

(2) Go to HOME screen of the App (4 icons at the bottom)

(3) Click on the first icon at the bottom (from left)

(4) Click on the dashboard to switch the dashboard

(5) Switch to the dashboard you want to unload

(6) Click x icon on the central right. The deletion dialog box is displayed. Click “OK” to remove

A5 (1) Be sure that the App and KYMCO Noodoe are paired and the phone is connecting the KYMCO Noodoe successfully.

(2) Click on the central icon on the Dashboard > Scroll the central dashboard icon to Gallery

(3) Select an image to add the photo

(4) Then, return to the previous page

(2) Select the first icon to the HOME page > Dashboard> Scroll down to the Group > New group > Add members

(3) Your friends will receive the notification for invitation

Q2 How do I invited my friends to join my group via QR code?

A2 (1) Your friends must be your followers

A1 Check the time on your phone that the dashboard uses.

A2 (1) Be sure that the App and KYMCO Noodoe are paired

(2) Go to KYMCo Noodoe App Settings【≡】 > Preference > Distance > Choose Miles or KM

Q1 Breathing light does not work

A1 (1) It will turn off automatically in 2 minutes

(2) When the display is off, the welcoming light will activate up to three times

(3) Please make sure to turn on the Welcome Light on the KYMCO Noodoe App. (Settings【≡】 > Vehicle Settings >Welcome Light > Turn on)

Q2 Why isn’t ANCS connected (iOS only)?

A2 Try the following steps

(1) Force your KYMCO Noodoe App to shutdown

(2) Restart KYMCO Noodoe App

(3) Please refer How do I pair KYMCO Noodoe App with KYMCO Noodoe dashboard instruction.

(4) Go to Phone > Settings > Bluetooth > Noodoe ANCS XXXX shown on the bluetooth device and turn it on

(5) If there is still no response, please contact Customer Service

Q3 I have updated KYMCO Noodoe dashboard, but why does it remain the same version?

A3 (1) Switch off the engine > Watch the animation > Turn on the engine and wait for Bluetooth to reconnect

(2) If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service

Q4 KYMCO Noodoe dashboard does not respond, and how do I restart it?

A4 Press 【Up】and【Orange】 buttons of scooter > Key OFF > Release 【Up】and【Orange】 buttons > Key ON(Restart scooter)

Q5 Why there is no notification sent from the mobile phone displaying on KYMCO Noodoe dashboard?

A5 Android: Make sure that you turn on the notification setting, and set the app to send notifications to KYMCO Noodoe dashboard (KYMCO Noodoe App Settings【≡】> Vehicle Settings > Notifications)

iOS:Make sure that ANCS is connected (Check System Settings > Bluetooth) Please refer Why isn’t ANCS connected (iOS only) instruction.

Q6 Why can’t the creations be synchronized to KYMCO Noodoe dashboard?

A6 (1) Be sure that the App and KYMCO Noodoe are paired

(2) Turn off KYMCO Noodoe dashboard > Turn on KYMCO Noodoe dashboard

(3) Turn off Bluetooth on the mobile phone >Turn off KYMCO Noodoe dashboard > Turn on KYMCO Noodoe dashboard > Turn on Bluetooth

Q7 The mobile phone is disconnceted with KYMCO Noodoe and the screen freezes when using the Navigaiton.

A7 Make sure that KYMCO Noodoe App will not be terminated by the phone system; it varies depending on each mobile phone brand

ios: Go to Phone >【Settings】>【Privacy】>【Location Service】> turn on【Location Service】

Go to Phone >【Settings】>【Noodoe App】>【Location】> choose 【Always】

Go to Phone >【Settings】>【Battery】> turn off the【Low Power Mode】

Android: Go to Phone【Settings】>【Noodoe】>【Location】>【Allow all the time】

Please turn off power saving and turn on Background execution permission. (You can ask your cellphone vendor to check power saving and background execution permission details)

Q8 The Naviagion shows "-" and the screen always freezes at the same location.

A8 (1) Go to KYMCO Noodoe App Settings【≡】> Navigation Info > Scroll down to the Map Mangement > Delete the maps. (Including map and all resources) *The ios system only has downloaded maps but not all resources.

(2)Go to KYMCO Noodoe App Settings【≡】> Navigation Info> Download map again

If there is still no response, please contact Customer Service, also provide the engine number and vehicle ID number on your vehicle license and the screenshot of the KYMCO Noodoe App Settings【≡】> Vehicle Info >Scooter Info and Noodoe Dashnoard【About】page.
