I started as a graphic designer, but have loved finding what the user wants. What I think doesn't matter is the user doesn't agree, and I try to always keep that in front of every design I make. I love understanding why the user acts, and trying to design beauty to what they need. I have learned how to apply these principles to everything in my life. I have used User Experience Design methods to solve problems in my marriage. I have used to think of better seating and food sales methods at baseball parks. I have used it in every aspect of my life because I live what I love.
