I am a passionate creator, gamer, and developer whose spent his whole life playing, analyzing, and enjoying games. I’ve also studied game development academically at university. Since then, I've been spending what time I can spare developing my skills further and creating the games you see on this site. My focus has been on small scale, non-commercial projects, made both as an individual and sometimes with a small team, to flesh out my body of work.
As a solo generalist designer, I have developed skills across many areas of game design. The following is a list of the skills I believe are my strongest:
Creating documentation to help track and communicate design concepts.
Designing game mechanics that are intuitive to learn and fun to use.
Connecting mechanics together with systems that are both efficient and adaptable.
Designing gameplay loops that are satisfying to play and consistently rewarding.
Programming and implementing both mechanics and systems, primarily in the Unity Engine with C#.

My biggest passion above all else is story-telling, and video games are one of the greatest mediums for telling them. I love games that tell stories in ways that can only be told in games. I also enjoy finding new ways to create fun, unique, and memorable gameplay experiences.
When I'm not making games, I'm playing them or watching others play them, always analyzing what I like and don't like about them, and applying what I learn to my own designs.
My goal right now is to get a job working for a game studio in a design role, ideally in gameplay design, and despite the many challenges and stiff competition, I am fully determined in pursuing this career path. In the long term, I would like to become a lead designer one day.
