Based on the reviewers' conclusions, the article may be accepted as is, accepted with minor editing, or rejected.

• 2 May – 4 May  – Notification of acceptance.

• 4 May – Final conference schedule published.

• 5 May inclusive – Deadline for attendee registration.

• 6–8 May – Holding a conference, presentations by speakers and lectures by invited lecturers.

• 15 May – Reviewer feedback and suggested revisions sent to authors.

• 7 June – Final deadline for submission of revised papers incorporating reviewer feedback.
