KX Prime is a powerful PHP Development Environment and Local Web Server designed to help developers build and test web applications directly on their Android devices. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.
We do not collect any personal information from you, including your name, address, phone number, or browsing history.
All code you write, files you edit, and projects you run remain strictly on your local device.
2. Permissions Requested
To function as a professional development tool, KX Prime requires the following permissions:
All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): This is the core permission required to run the native PHP binary. It allows the app to execute PHP scripts located in your user-visible folders (like kx prime) and enables complex development workflows like running WordPress or custom PHP frameworks.
Network State & Internet: Used to detect network availability and allows the local server to communicate with the internal WebView.
3. Local Web Server Security
KX Prime includes a built-in web server. For your security:
The server is restricted to 127.0.0.1 (localhost).
This means your local website is only accessible from your own device and cannot be accessed by others on the same WiFi or mobile network.
4. Third-Party Websites
When you use the built-in preview browser to visit external websites, those sites may use cookies or collect data as per their own privacy policies. KX Prime does not access, collect, or store any cookies or data from these external sites.
5. Data Security & Integrity
We take the security of your data seriously and implement multiple layers of protection:
Local File Security: Your source code and project files remain stored locally on your device. We do not upload your personal code to our servers. We recommend using standard device security (like PIN, Password, or Biometrics) to prevent unauthorized access to your local files.
App Integrity: We use Google Play Integrity API to ensure that the app is running in a secure, untampered environment, protecting you from malicious modifications.
Encrypted Transmission: Any data processed for app functionality (such as crash reports via Firebase, app events via Facebook SDK, or ad delivery via Google AdMob) is transmitted using industry-standard encrypted protocols (HTTPS/SSL).
Third-Party Security: Our partners (Google and Facebook) maintain high-level security standards for the technical data they process to ensure the app stays stable and secure.
