Objective

To provide exposure for Community Partners to advertise and market their products or services to our KW United - Fredericksburg agents and to build a list of competent, reliable Professional Partners those agents can refer to their clients.

• To provide access and exposure for eligible Community Partners to market their products and services to our agents.

• To provide our agents with a direct source of trusted referrals for their clients.

Program Overview

Community Partners will be able to participate in a 12-month program that provides them with access to agents in a variety of settings, such as team meetings, social events, educational training courses, in-office signage, websites, and informational placement. This agreement auto-renews every January unless cancelled with 45 days notice (by November 15th the previous year). Community Partners program terms and rates may change. This program is not designed to be exclusive to each vendor’s business. Only Vendors who are program participants will have access to listed program selections.

There are also a variety of Sponsorships available throughout the year that we ask our Community Partners to consider. These provide additional opportunities to be involved and market to the office, agents, and clients.

Eligible Community Partners will be able to participate in a program that provides them with access to our agents, and by extension their clients, in a variety of settings such as

• KW United - Fredericksburg Facebook page membership

• KW United - Fredericksburg Team meetings

• KW United - Fredericksburg social events

• KW United - Fredericksburg Education Courses

• In-office marketing materials

Eligible Community Partners will be expected to provide

• Provide one direct or sponsored educational training per quarter (4 per year)

• Sponsor one market center event per quarter (4 per year) at the minimum level ($100)

• Sponsor one market center event per year (1 per year) at the premium level ($250)

• Sponsor and participate in RED Day through financial and/or service sponsorship, as relevant to the annual project

Cost for Membership in the program:

• NON HOME BUILDERS $650 annually

• HOME BUILDERS: $1,500 annually
