1. Join ORRA & Setup Your SupraKey Access

   • Once you are part of ORRA & MLS, complete their required training courses.

   • SupraKey will give you access to Bluetooth lockboxes that some listings will have.

2. If you are not signed up, ask the leadership team about Ignite Training.

3. Complete your SLM Questionnaire: Their team will set up all of your KW  logins and your KW Website.

4. Attend a Tech Training/Orientation. Kirsten will go over KW Command and DocuSign

5. Join our private Facebook Groups: KWRATP Agents & KW LeHeup Group

6. View Kirsten's tech training videos found in the "Tech Training" tab.

7. Create a Social Media Presence: Facebook Business Page, Instagram Professional Account, Google Business, etc.

8. Once fully licensed, set up your CORE Listing Machine Account & REALTOR.COM Professional Account

9. Check out the training calendar and attend training classes.

• CORE Listing Machine: This is a social media marketing service we offer our agents. This program will post listings and articles to your social media on the days you choose. 

• KW Website: You have your own KW Website. Clients can sign up and search for homes using your site.

• KW App: You have a custom link that you can share with your clients. Whenever they click that link and sign up, they will automatically be added to your Command contacts and marked as leads. They will have access to all the homes on the market and you can track what they are looking at.

• KW Email: your kw email is hosted by Gmail. 

• DocuSign: This is where you will have access to all KW & contract documents and send them out for electronic signatures.

• Keller Mortgage: KW has its own mortgage program. Feel free to explore Keller Mortage and see what it can do for your clients. 

We provide you with 1 Nametag and 50 Temporary Business Cards. You can order more of the temporary cards through us or can also design your custom cards. Please make sure to read the KW Advertising Policies and the Florida Realtor Advertising  Policies before ordering materials.

• Open House Signs: The office has open house signs that you can check out. The limit is 5 per agent. It is free to use, if signs are lost, an $8 replacement fee will be added you your agent bill.
