Terms and Conditions

Recording

1. Requirements will be discussed before the project starts.

2. Refund requests or budget adjustments are not allowed after confirmation or purchase order received.

3. 20% down payment is required to start any recording.

4. Fully payment is required before sending clean audio file to you. *If the payment is not fully paid, you will only receive "watermarked" audio.

Revision

1.  50% down payment is required to start any recording for revision.

2. Fully payment is required before sending downloadable revision file to you.

3. Refund requests or budget adjustments are not allowed after confirmation or purchase order received.

Usage

1. Do not use my voice for artificial intelligence to generate synthetic versions or clone my voice.

2. No other use of my voice unless we are discussed and agreed with the usage of the audio.

3. Any using AI or other technology to generate synthetic versions / clone my voice or sell my voice are NOT allowed in any terms.

Voice Samples

1. All voice samples include shareable voice samples, voice samples on websites (YouTube, audio.com, Fiverr, Upwork, Voquent, Bunny Studio, Voices.com, Voiver and etc) are only for demonstration purpose.

2. Do not reuse, resell, send or post the samples on any website, social media, anywhere or to anyone.

Short Samples

1. Short sample will only be provided if the delivery time is equal or greater than 3 days.

• Delivery time might change due to customer's respond time.

2. Short sample will only be provided after the down payment has been received.

3. Short samples will not be provided in the order if customized sample is provided before order.

4. Short samples will not be provided for customized sample.

Customized Samples

1. Customized Samples can be provided but with the terms and conditions below.

• Customized Sample would not be downloadable.

• Customized Sample will only contains 1-2 sentences of your script.

• Noise in the customized sample will not be edited out.

*Please do not worry, clean audio will be deliver in the order.

• If the script is too short, I will not provide customized sample.

2. The usage of the customized sample is only for demonstration purpose.

3. "Short samples" will not be provided in the order if customized sample is provided before order.

4. "Short samples" will not be provided for customized sample.

5. If the script is too short to be record as customized sample, I have the right to not provide you the customized sample.
