Client’s Challenge:
BrightPath Digital, a marketing agency, needed a project manager to coordinate tasks and deadlines for the development of a client’s website landing page. Team members used different tools, which caused confusion, missed updates, and delays in execution.
My Solution:
I introduced ClickUp as the central project management tool to coordinate the landing page development by:
Creating a task board that outlined all activities from design, content creation, to final testing.
Assigning clear responsibilities and due dates to team members to avoid overlaps and missed deadlines.
Setting up checklists and progress tracking features for each task to ensure smooth collaboration.
Streamlining communication by using ClickUp’s built-in comment and file-sharing features.
Outcome:
The landing page project was executed on schedule, with improved collaboration among team members. BrightPath Digital achieved better task visibility, reduced miscommunication, and delivered the landing page to their client without delays.
