Client’s Challenge:
NovaMart Clothings, a fast-growing fashion company, was struggling to keep track of inventory and sales. Data was scattered across spreadsheets, making it difficult to monitor stock levels, track supplier deliveries, and manage customer orders. This often led to overselling, supply delays, and inaccurate sales reporting.
My Solution:
I implemented Airtable as a centralized inventory and sales management system by:
Creating connected tables for products, suppliers, inventory, sales, and orders.
Setting up formulas to automatically calculate stock balances, sales totals, and order values.
Designing custom forms for capturing sales orders and supply entries directly into the database.
Establishing relational links between tables to give the client a clear, real-time view of their operations.
Outcome:
NovaMart gained a streamlined and automated system for managing sales and inventory. Stock accuracy improved, overselling was reduced, and order processing became faster and more reliable. The client could now make better business decisions with clear and up-to-date data.
