Welcome to Advanced Semiconductor Research (ASR) Lab - 차세대 반도체 연구실 at Ewha Womans University (이화여자대학교).  Our research spans from device-level to circuit-level approaches and explores their integration to build novel systems.

Current research interests include:

• Neuromorphic devices (Emerging memories and Switching devices)

• Array driving circuits

• 2D Materials-based devices

Open Positions

We are actively looking for highly motivated and ambitious Postdoctoral Researchers and Graduate Students (M.S./Ph.D.) with various backgrounds (electrical engineering, materials science, physics, chemistry, and computer engineering, etc.) to join our group.
